What is Eastern Acu-Pressure Facial Massage
Eastern Acu-Pressure Facial Massage is a wonderful face, scalp and neck massage using special techniques of oriental acupressure point massage, lymphatic drainage and western massage to smooth and plump your face like a natural face lift with the gorgeous Face The World massage cream.
Your Eastern Facial massage will incorporate various techniques inc Reflexology, Massage, Acupressure and Lympahtic Drainage, that will leave your skin feeling plumped, smoothed and rejuvenated. All without the use of any products. The fingers and thumbs are the only things used to create the movements on the skin.
Firstly you will get snuggled and comfortable on the warmed massage couch and then you will be encouraged to relax, we will use some controlled breathing techniques to help you feel grounded.
The neck is massaged first which further helps you to encourage a deep state of relaxation and aid any release of tension.
The next stage is all about balancing the body. This is done by stroking the facial meridians and stimulating the tsubo or pressure points. The entire face will be covered using these techniques.
Further techniques are used which involves a series of small but effective massage movements which may help to relieve facial tension, restore flexibility and increase the blood and oxygen supply to the skin and facial tissues. This may help in greater mobility and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
Pulsing and stroking drainage movements are then used to help the removal of toxins from the skin.
By now you might have had 40 winks and you will be feeling extremely relaxed and chilled out so to finishe the session I will use different grounding techniques to ensure you are wide awake and able to drive home!
The session lasts approximately 40 minutes but you are booked in for an hour just in case you snooze off!

Refresh & Soften Cleansing Lotion:
Our light, mild yet highly effective cleansing milk has been developed to give the perfect balance of glide on the skin, hydration, and removal of make-up, dirt and grime. This makes it equally suitable for both salon and home use. The Shea Butter content melts at body temperature, making it an excellent skin emollient. It is also a natural source of allantoin that has soothing and protective properties. Our Chicory root polysaccharide helps to transport dirt and grime from the skin and facilitates easy rinse off as well as leaving the skin soft to touch. As with all our products we use a mild, skin-friendly and paraben-free preservative system.
Toner Concentrate:
This unique product has been has been specifically formulated based on Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera to allow the therapist the greatest flexibility regarding temperature control and volumes used without being either wasteful or expensive. Just a few drops of this concentrate can be added to a bowl of hot or cool water and used to rinse and tone the skin between each product. The reason for this bespoke development is to allow for far more thorough and effective removal of all product and debris from the skin, ensuring the full benefit of the next product rather than it sitting on top of the previous one.
Moisturise or Massage Crème:
Our luxurious and creamy product was a real favourite with the testing panel. This glides superbly over the skin for a full 15 minute massage without going 'bitty' or needing re-application. Our unique combination of natural emollients derived from Coconut oil, combined with Shea Butter, help to keep even parched skin hydrated and moisture balance maintained whatever the skin type. Our use of glycerine is because it is one of the oldest and most respected moisturisers in the world – and for a reason. It works!
